1. Fulfillment Process & Processing Times
At Gracefully Untamed Boutique LLC, many of our items are made to order. This means there's a processing period before your item is ready to ship.

Blank Item Procurement: After your order is placed, we often need to order the blank apparel (t-shirt, sweatshirt, hoodie, etc.) or accessory. This process can take approximately 1 to 5 business days for us to receive the item from our supplier.

Design & Preparation: Once we receive the blank item, we will then apply your custom design and prepare your order for shipment. This step typically takes an additional 1 to 3 business days.
Therefore, the total time from when you place your order until it is ready to be shipped (our "Processing Time") can range from 2 to 8 business days. We always work diligently to fulfill orders as quickly as possible, and some orders may be processed and shipped faster than this estimate.
Please note: Processing times do not include weekends or federal holidays.
2. Shipping Carriers & Estimated Delivery Times
Our primary shipping carrier is the United States Postal Service (USPS), utilizing Priority Mail service.

Once Shipped: After your order has been processed and leaves our facility, estimated delivery times are typically 2-3 business days.

Variability: Please be aware that actual delivery times can vary and may extend to 2-5 business days or even 2-7 business days depending on your location, weather conditions, and federal holidays.
3. Shipping Rates
We offer the following shipping options:

Free Shipping: Enjoy free standard shipping on all orders totaling $45.00 or more.

Calculated Shipping: For orders under $45.00, shipping costs will be calculated by weight at checkout to provide you with the most accurate and best possible price.

Flat Rate Shipping: In rare cases where weight-based calculation is not available or sufficient, a flat rate of $9.95 may apply for orders under $45.00.
4. Shipping Restrictions

Domestic Shipping Only: We currently ship only to physical addresses within the contiguous United States where USPS can deliver.

No P.O. Boxes: Due to the size of some of our apparel and accessories, we do not ship to P.O. Boxes. Please provide a physical street address for delivery.

No APO/FPO or Territories: We do not ship to APO/FPO (military) addresses or U.S. territories outside of the contiguous United States.
5. Order Tracking
Once your shipping label is printed, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your USPS tracking number. This allows you to monitor the progress of your delivery directly through the USPS website.
6. Lost or Damaged Packages
We take great care in packaging your order, but sometimes unforeseen issues occur during transit.

Notification: If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us immediately at support@gracefullyuntamedboutiquellc.com.

Damaged Items: For damaged items, please include clear photos of the damage to both the item and its packaging.

Investigation & Resolution: We will initiate an investigation with USPS to determine the issue. Based on the findings, we will work with you to find a satisfactory solution, which may include a replacement or refund, depending on the circumstances.

"Delivered" but Not Received: If your package is marked "delivered" by USPS but you have not received it, we kindly ask you to first check with neighbors, household members, and your local post office. We will then assist by opening an inquiry with USPS to attempt to locate the package.
7. Holiday Shipping & Other Considerations

We always strive to ship all items from a single order together in one package.

Please note that delivery times can be extended during peak seasons (such as major holidays) or due to unforeseen circumstances like severe weather.

While we will communicate general holiday shipping deadlines via website banners and social media during those times, we recommend checking USPS's official website for their specific holiday shipping cutoff dates each year.
