Sale Items: Items purchased during a sale or promotion are considered final sale and cannot be returned or refunded.
4. Initiating a Return
To initiate a return for an eligible item, please follow these steps:

Return Label: Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with a free return shipping label via email for eligible items.
5. Return Shipping
For eligible returns, we will cover the cost of return shipping by providing you with a pre-paid return label. You are responsible for securely packaging the item for its return journey.
6. Refunds
Once we receive your returned item and confirm that it meets our eligibility criteria, we will process your refund.
